By using this website, booking a service, or entering into any communication with Petra Klinger, you accept the following terms:

1. Scope and Nature of Services

Petra Klinger offers peak performance mentoring. Her services are:

Focused on mental clarity, emotional release, and mindset transformation
Designed for individuals, athletes, leaders, teens, and teams
Not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or psychological care

Petra is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, counselor, or medical professional. Her support is educational, strategic, and intuitive.

2. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

Their participation, decisions, and actions during and after sessions
Honoring their readiness to engage in personal transformation work
Not substituting this work for urgent psychological or medical care

3. Booking & Payment

All Peak Performance Mentoring sessions must be prepaid via secure payment gateways (Bank transfer, Stripe, Revolut)
Session confirmation occurs only after full payment
Invoices may be provided upon request for tax or business purposes
All fees displayed are free of VAT.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and major credit cards. Currency is listed in EUR (€), and all taxes or service fees will be disclosed in advance.

4. Modification & Cancellation Policy

To protect the integrity of Petra’s schedule and respect other clients:

Cancellations or reschedules made more than 48 hours in advance: no charge
Changes made within 48 hours: 50% of the session fee is retained
Changes made within 24 hours or no-shows: 100% of the fee is retained

Emergency exceptions may be made at Petra’s discretion.

5. Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential. Petra will not share client information unless:

Required by law (e.g., risk of harm or legal investigation)
Explicit consent is given by the client (e.g., team reports or progress updates)

Petra does not record sessions unless discussed and consented to by both parties.

6. Account Suspension or Access Termination

Petra reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to her services or website in cases of:

Abusive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior by a client
Repeated violation of scheduling or payment policies
Misuse or unauthorized distribution of proprietary materials

7. Intellectual Property & Content Use

All frameworks, techniques, content, documents, and tools shared during sessions or programs are the intellectual property of Petra Klinger and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

The Petra Klinger name, logo, program names, and website content are protected by copyright and trademark law.

8. Website Use and Availability

The website is intended for users aged 18 and over.

Minors under the age of 18 may only participate in sessions with the express written consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Users agree to:

Use the site only for lawful and respectful purposes
Not attempt to harm, reverse engineer, or misuse the site or its content
Understand that services or pricing may change over time

Petra may add, change, suspend, or remove content, services, or availability at her discretion.
